THOMAS  KEEFE
Director of Asset Management

Mr. Keefe is responsible for Great Atlantic's asset management program, including acquisition, capital allocation and financing, and treasury functions including investment strategy, cash management, bank relationships and risk management.  His previous experience includes seven years as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for NASDAQ-listed telecommunication companies, and fourteen years at Newport News Shipbuilding, including positions as Manager of Government Accounting and Controller & Treasurer of its industrial subsidiary.  From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Keefe served as Comptroller of Great Atlantic Management. He holds a BA degree from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from William and Mary. He is a certified public accountant.
