Management Team RUTHE
RUSSELL Mrs. Russell has been with Great Atlantic since 1993. After several years as a resident manager, she was promoted to the position of Property Manager. Mrs. Russell is currently the Marketing Director and is responsible for marketing and training of the properties and it's employees. She holds several certifications including ARM and CHS.
